What we do not do
This website has no accounts, no forms and no ads, and sets no cookies.
Audience measurement
We count visits with Umami, an analytics tool we host ourselves. It sets no cookie, does not follow visitors from one site to another and does not keep IP addresses. We only get totals from it: page views, clicks on the call-to-action buttons (beta, Discord, press downloads), countries, device types. Your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is respected.
Technical logs
Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date, browser) to keep the site secure and fix errors. They are kept for 12 months at most, then deleted.
Cloudflare relay
Requests to www.ethernaloath.com and to our analytics tool go through Cloudflare, which routes them and protects the site against abuse. To do so, Cloudflare sees your IP address.
The Android beta
The beta runs on Firebase App Distribution, a Google service. Joining it requires a Google account, and Firebase uses your e-mail address to send you the invitation and new builds. We see that address in the Firebase console and only use it for the beta. To leave the beta and be removed from the tester list, write to us.
The game
The current beta of the game runs without a server: it sends no data, and your save stays on your device. This page will be updated before the game connects to our servers.
External links
Links to Discord or to the Android beta lead to third-party services with their own privacy rules.
Your rights
You can write to us about your data, or ask us to delete it: contact@jla-dev.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
